Danceo lets users submit photos to create AI-generated short videos. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

You agree not to:

• Upload a photo, video, audio file, or other material unless you own it or have permission to use it for this purpose.
• Use another person's likeness without their clear permission.
• Upload images of minors or create content involving minors.
• Upload sexually explicit, unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Use public figures, celebrities, or other identifiable people in a way that suggests endorsement or causes harm.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Your Content and Generated Videos

You retain any rights you have in the content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, and send that content to the generation providers we use to operate Danceo.

You are responsible for your submissions and for how you use generated videos. AI output can be inaccurate, may vary between renders, and may not be suitable for every purpose. Review each result before sharing it.

If you add music, a reference video, or any other third-party material, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for that use. Do not submit material downloaded from a platform when you do not have permission to reuse it.

Content Moderation and Reports

We may review, remove, block, or report content that violates these Terms or applicable law. To report copyright or other rights concerns, contact us at the contact address on our website with enough detail for us to investigate.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Termination
